I've had a few leases with Robinson over the years. Sherry in the service department is awesome with booking and very personable and kind.After tragedy hit our family, Rhys and AJ went above and beyond and renewed my lease without any hassle or headache to me so I didn't have to keep being reminded of sad things every time I got in my car. It was one of the kindest gestures during the worst time of our lives and I will remain a loyal customer for that reason alone!The only complaint I have is there's too much mail... but that goes to show how important marketing and thanking their customers are.

I have bought 7 of my last vehicles off Robinson’s. Amid was always very helpful and felt I was being taken care of. I was excited to be buying my 8th there as well, but unfortunately my phone calls have not been returned for almost 3 weeks now. I reached out to another dealership in Kitchener and was contacted in the same day and glad to be driving a brand new Chevy Trax:)

This young man is well experienced, polite, patient and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured at any point. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people like Jeremy who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Robinson GMC. when they fixed my passenger side airbag issue, I have got the same issue after a couple of months.It turned out they did not fix the connector to the bracket. and the connector is dangling and causing issues.More than that, they did not reassemble the seat pad.

We brought our 2021 Sierra to this dealer for a routine oil change with less than 15k km on it and running perfectly. A few hours later they contacted us to let us know that our truck wouldn’t start. When we asked to see the truck we found that the entire motor was ripped out of the vehicle and taken apart. Their explanation? An engine bearing “randomly” broke while our vehicle was in their care!? They told us “these things happen but it’s okay because the truck is still under warranty.” It’s now two weeks later and we don’t have an explanation as to what happened and they have not taken any ownership for damaging our vehicle. They also have not offered a satisfactory solution to the damage that has been done to our truck. Run far away from this dealership and their service department!
