Favourite place to chill! Amazing service especially from Salona. She remembers our order and keeps up with it every time. Super friendly and always serving and recommending the greatest things, too. I love visiting because of her!

Been going here for the past 7 years and today I realized I don’t want to come here anymore. Ever since the staff changed, the service has declined so much. The girl server is okay, but the male with the earrings and the tattoos/gold chain is so beyond rude, doesn’t smile, doesn’t look at you, and sounds like he doesn’t want to help or take your order. This happens every time I’ve been here for the last 5-6 months. I love the shisha but the customer service needs a lot of work, so won’t be coming here anymore. Thanks Lebo for all the great years!

Cool spot and shisha was great as well as the mint tea. We didn't eat so can't speak to that. I'd echo the comments on the bright lights. It would be an easy fix to get a dimmer or replace some of the bulbs with non functional ones to reduce the glare while maintaining the look.

We ordered sheesha and milk shake. Both were average. The location is not clean, tables are old, seats had dirt and debris on it, the entrance door is broken. Their Dundas location is 1000 times better.

It wasn't our first time to visit this place and we are always friendly and tip them generously. On 12 April 2023, we were a group of six and ordered food, but unfortunately, we discovered a cockroach in one of the plates (which we have captured in this picture). We immediately called over our server and showed her the plate, but to our surprise, she merely smiled then laughed. When we told her that we expected her to react differently, she responded by saying, What do you want me to do? I will not charge you for this plate

Downtown Baghdad in GTA.This place has an amazing vibe of Middle East. Decor is very authentic and service has warmth of Middle East.Loved that food and Shisha. Prices are very reasonable.Loved this place and will go again.

We use to come here alot but this place is getting dirtier and staff is very rude,first they gave us returned sheesha from someone and it was already burned,then made excuse that the coal quality is not good thats why its not good, we requested another sheesha bit the guys and ine girl were very rude, they lighten up their own sheesha and turned the lights off at 1:40 while we were sitting in the corner lounge room.never going back to that place....
