We met Karl from Victory Tile at the 2018 Renovation Show as he introduced us to the Schluter System. We were the general contractors for our ensuite reno. He gave us suggestions and tips along the way. In April, his crew did an amazing job tiling our walk in shower complete with heated flooring in the bathroom. They were clean, efficient and timely.We were so impressed with their work that we hired Victory Tile again to do our backsplash during our kitchen reno this fall. Ours was a small job - repair and regrouting of some ceramic tiles in our en-suite bathroom and replacement of the floor in another very small bathroom. Carl, the owner, was delightful to deal with. He gave us an estimate along with his honest concerns about the underfloor heating beneath the tile floor, but was happy to proceed and “see how it goes” (as it turned out this wasn’t a problem). He arrived promptly on the agreed upon date with Bill who was to perform the work. Bill worked tirelessly for two days, always wearing his mask. He was extremely pleasant and respectful and his work was immaculate.We are thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, workmanship and value we received from Victory Tile and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
