Fantastic advice, wonderful people and consistently great service from people that care. It never occurred to me that your pharmacy was part of your health care team until I started as a client at Waterloo Wellness Pharmacy. I now feel like I have wrap around support. You also get the added bonus of a great gift shop! I appreciate this pharmacy!

My wife and I followed Erin, when Ron and her opened their new pharmacy. The service you get is the greatest, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The gift shop at the front is superb, with a great variety of items to browse. I can't think of any other pharmacies that would come to the parking lot to give my wife her injection!! I always look forward to my weekly visit!

After years of frustration going to Shoppers Drug Mart I finally decided to change pharmacies and it was the best decision I could of made. No more long waits in line, no more feeling belittled by pharmacy staff and I don’t have to count my pills after always being short. Thanks you so much to your staff at Waterloo Wellness Pharmacy and especially Cindy who has always been so nice to me and calls me every month to let me know my prescription is ready. I no longer have anxiety going to the pharmacy.

Erin, Ron & Cindy know what they are doing - a good thing when you aren't feeling well, or have questions about ALL things pharmacy. After dealing with a big box store pharmacy switching to this pharmacy is so refreshing. True customer service and recognized as a regular customer immediately. Ask about travel shots needed and they followed up so next time I was in they were able to informed of what the recommendations were and followed up with my doctor to get them.Not only are they a great pharmacy but also stock Canada made items to sell. They also think of the environment as they use paper bags.I love this pharmacy & store so very much and highly recommend them.

Excellent and knowledgeable service with a wide variety of unique and quality products. Both pharmacists are personable, patient and will go the extra mile to help. Very quick turnaround time on medications as well as availability for the travel Covid rapid test. I highly recommend this establishment for all your pharmaceutical needs!
