I went in to buy a chain for my chainsaw after the hurricane as every other store was out. I was very impressed with their service. It was my first time replacing the chain. I brought my chainsaw in and they found the chain immediately. I asked the coworker Sam if they install the chain for a fee, he did it for free and they showed me how. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice people both on the phone and in store. Great at answering questions and rental process was insanely easy.UPDATE: We needed the cart for longer than expected and when I went to return it, they didnt charge me another day like I was anticipating. Awesome crew, really understanding guys and we'll definitely go back in case we need to rent some stuff again!!

Dishonest and un-knowledgeable go somewhere else to buy forestry products.It's my belief for many reasons that they sell refurbished chainsaws as new I will never go back and highly recommend to stay away from this store

Not the fault of Stihl equipment. They have no service tech so it has to go to Sackville. Three weeks I still have no whipper snipper. Keep this in mind if you need service.

Had a mishap with an industrial dehumidifier we rented. I needed an exchange, I didn't feel as though I should have to pack up the old one and pick up another. The customer service was on point, zero hesitation to send a driver out to pick up the old and drop off the new one. The driver was kind, he didnt make it seem like an inconvenience, even though I called just before closing.Great job guys!I work in customer service and you handled the situation wonderfully.Thank you!

I've referred dozens of people to this location. They carry a great selection of fuel tubing, fuel filters and other bits and pieces.The staff are generally very knowledgeable and in my experience, when they don't know something they say so and then go and look it up.I have rented from them and the experience was great, there were issues with the weather but they were very flexible and understanding.I've purchased lawn tools from them and was very happy with the sales experience.I personally enjoy doing business with this location and look forward to future projects where I will need their products or services.
