They’ve been very great so far with the birth of my newborn. They visited and made sure we were well! Thank you Whitney and the other nurses!

The nurse was great! However, the front staff was extremely rude. Scheduling mistake made on their end and they refused to take any accountability and were very rude about it. They called the day before appointment telling me my appointment was an hour later than I had scheduled and asked me some questions. Showed up and was told I had missed my appointment. When I told them about the phone call they denied the phone call ever happened and acted like I was making the whole thing up. We will book somewhere else for future and won’t be back.

Ladies at the front desk were friendly and nurses were knowledgeable and helpful.

Have typically had good experiences here. My daughter is 15months and this has been our health unit for weigh ins and all her vaccines. Typically it is well lit, clean and the staff are punctual. Only issue we have had is they refused to vaccinate my wife when she was pregnant even though our doctor said we could get it. I can't remember what vaccine it was but we never got a good explanation. The nurse seemed very inexperienced and unsure yet unwilling to listen to our doctor. But that is one bad visit out of probably twenty five to thirty in the last two years. Especially since my daughter had weight issues and we went weekly for awhile. I would recommend this health unit.

Pretty sure I was just bottle shamed by the nurse while bottle feeding my baby today. Other than that my babies 2 month immunizations were administered successfully. Thanks I guess.

We have been coming here for our children’s appointments for over 5 years and I am consistently impressed with the staff. All of the admins and nurses are kind, polite and knowledgeable.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful health center this is! The staff is extremely friendly and the nurses are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I've been going in regularly to track my little guys weight and there is always someone on hand to discuss any concerns I might have even if I haven't made an appointment. Just went in for 6 months vaccines and the nurse spent so much time going through information with me on all my questions I have for this stage of babies development. Happy to have this resource as a first time mom!

Had a great first experience there. I am a first time mom, and they really let you get stuff off your chest and let you know its ok. Really good experience getting my little ones shots here too.

The nurse and receptionists were very friendly but the doctor took no time to even examine me for all of my complaints. He wrote a prescription for the easiest solution and sent me on my way. Very disappointed.
