When people arrive here for placing order, the counter person greets them by saying are you Uber or Skip the dishes, this kind of racist people makes customer disrespectful to even place order. i came to place a group order for my friends at office and due to this kind of treatment walked out of the store, at 12:30pm , 21st June

I have worst worst worst experience Popeys staff is very rood. They worked unprofessionally . I went for pickup and order is not ready .instead of making the order, she said cancelled the order. I think this is not way to deal with drivers . The staff must have equal respect for customers and delivery drivers.

Good Popeyes location, fish sandwich and ghost pepper chicken sandwich both made well. Friendly customer service both times I was in there, service with a smile from Davika.

Worst customer experience ever, the crew at the counter were so impatient while taking the order and Mac & cheese was awful. They didn't even hand over or ask if I need a receipt and moreover all tables were very much untidy and food leftovers were scattered here and there. Not going to visit this place anytime soon.

As always, the chicken was hot fresh and very tasty. Love the biscuits and fries too. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because I had a real craving for red beans and rice, but sadly there was none.

Food was good and hot. But, I was the only one there ordering and it took 15min for 12 nuggets & gravy.Bathroom was clean!!

If you want some nice greasy fried chicken this is the fast food place for you. The sandwich and nuggets are delicious and getting a platter is good value for what you get. In comparison to other fast-food chicken places like KFC, popeyes is truly the surpior option.

We both had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, with fries to share.The fries were crisp and tasty. The chicken sandwich was delicious - totally out-classes places like Arby's and Burger King, and much better than even Wendy's.

The people serving and cooking the food are good at what they do from what I've seenSauces aren't as hot as they used to be, and can now taste vinegar in almost all the sauces, the hot sauce was especially disappointing ... Sauces are not made on premises, and are packaged from elsewhereThe buffalo Bayou sauce (the one they use for the hot" chicken) was not nearly as nice as I remember it
