When our central air conditioning broke down we contacted Dispatch Plumbing and they fit us into their busy schedule the same day. We were really pleased with the efficient and professional service we received from Nathan and Graham. Graham even gave us tips on how to keep our a/c system functioning well, which we appreciated. We'll definitely be using the services of Dispatch Plumbing in the future.

Installed a new power vented hot water tank, dual fuel furnace and a 3 ton heat pump. Graham was so helpful in deciding what system was best to install for this home and how to navigate the rebates. We hired Dispatch Plumbing to help us install a heat pump in our home. We had previously tried to do this with another vendor and had a very bad experience so we were nervous trying again. Right away the owner Graham called me and walked me through the whole process, all the options he could help us with, and answered every question we had patiently and fully. He always answered all my emails and texts and would even make suggestions which he believed to be best for our house (it's 32 years old so not straightforward). Because our house is older, we also had to replace our electrical panel as well, and Graham connected us with an electrician and helped us get this work done as well. One of the workers Ethan was also really great to work with, and he stayed late to help us get the work done quickly and properly. Overall, I would recommend them for any project, they're honest, polite and professional, advocate for you completely, and I immediately felt confident in their work. We love all the upgrades to our house thanks to Dispatch Plumbing and they even are helping us get our government rebates back for our retrofit! We hired Graham and the Dispatch Plumbing team to replace our furnace and install an AC unit. Graham was able to provide me with a competitive quote and he explained the entire process to me, as well as providing me with tips and recommendations on how best to get the most out of the products.Jeff and Alan came to do the install and they were professional, on time, knowledgeable, friendly and treated my home as if it were their own. I honestly can’t say enough about the service we received from Dispatch Plumbing. We just completed an 8 month long renovation/ addition to our home and Graham from Dispatch played a huge part in making our dreams come true. He provided a detailed quote for all plumbing (installation of new ensuite, upgrade / moving of existing and new tankless hot water) as well as HVAC ( new furnace, heat pump and venting for all) and actually came in under budget! Ethan walked us through options to upgrade to a dual gas heat pump system. He is very knowledgeable and has a very nice way of explaining the technical considerations. Decided to to upgrade our home heating system and had a great experience with Ethan, Jeff and Darren to get it all done in three days, in our old, complicated heritage house. This is a very knowledgeable and professional team and I highly recommend them.
