If zero, or better yet a negative star review was possible I would give it that...They do not even deserve a 1 star.I had an anniversary and needed something small done. Knowing it's a bigger company I called and asked if they could accommodate me, they said yes that was no problem.Now mind you, this was MAYBE an hours worth of work.... and I waited over 2 weeks and still nothing. Then I'm told the machines are down but they will get it done shortly.Call back almost a week later and they said it's not even on their docket yet!!I called and left a message saying I would be coming to pick them up as they have not even started it and now the anniversary has come and gone... and i keep telling my boyfriend, oh don't worry it should be done any day now... so thanks for running my first anniversary...Not that you care, at allWhen I went to pick it up, surprise surprise, I cannot find anyone in the building. Walking around and calling out finally someone comes to the door. Not even a simple apology... but I cannot be surprised considering they do not seem to care about those coming in for a service.I tried to ask why it hadn't even been started as I specifically called and made sure this was okay. They told me they have other priorities and don't do individual typically. Best of all, she was talking to my without a mask, without a shield... nothing. But then again, they do not seem to care about their customers.I told them I understand that, but I called ahead, and even came in and was told it was no problem. The lady I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude as soon as I asked my question.I told her, if you cannot accommodate somebody, please just tell them that. To which she replied... well we will tell you specifically that next time".... meaning I was not welcome back...Extremely poor service

Maureen and Sandra are just wonderful people. They got us many, many samples so I could get exactly what I wanted, they were quick to get our product in time for an event, even with almost no warning at all. They were quick to point out that buying some products might be a waste of money, even though it would clearly be to their benefit for me to buy the product. I highly recommend Hoops n Loops, and will be using them for all of our gear.
