Excellent independent shop with good honest service

I went to order parts and to replace the bc guts in my door on excavator. First time buying here as they are the dealer for my brand of excavator. I asked if there’s anything that’s unreasonable as I was getting bolts some weather strip clips etc.I was told no but it is coming from the states. The order came in and I paid right away and realized I was charged over $70 for 2 tree clips. If you don’t know what a tree clip is then please check them out on Amazon. You can get 100 for $10. I checked back with them a couple times and nothing could be done. Not even an apology. I have more but don’t want to make it personal. Please be careful here I haven’t had any maintainer done here and being a small shop I’m sure they prob great. I did just order filters and for a full service that were very reasonable and I priced some tracks there and they were also reasonable.

We get our excavator thumbs at Conaker. Work great and good quality thumbs.

The only place we go to have maintenance and repairs done on our heavy equipment. Also a great place to purchase equipment.
