Food came out in 25 minutes, really enjoyed our $4 beers cant get any cheaper! Thank u marie for quality service and manager Kate for checking on us. Very impressed with speed and quality of service. Will be back... **thumbs up x2**

Good place for a simple reasonably priced steak. The Angus burger is a great deal and the service has always been friendly. Not a top tier steakhouse but this location was pretty darn good. My parents liked it too.

Used to be the best place to be with my family. Not anymore.. usually visits chucks almsot every week or two. Had many bad experiences within the last few visits including closing the grill without prior notice. Completely ruined my son's birthday dinner. Only the good thing about the place is that the server Kim is the best.. thats why the few stars. Jaden is also great.

My word they cut a thick piece of top sirloin into the shape of a strip and billed me for the latter. Sirloin is tough and lean, this steak had no marbling whatsoever. A strip steak also carries a particular flavor. This just tasted like a sirloin, or eye of round. Ordered medium, got served medium-rare. However the mashed potatoes and sauteed shrooms were on-point. Typically I never order steak in pubs for that reason, but I guess I felt like rolling the dice.

Really enjoyed my experience tonight with my friend. Marie my server was friendly and polite. Had the Tirimasu, was awesome! Fast friendly service, haf a table right away and even was checked on throughout the meal by my server and a manager. Excellent.

I love steak but you can only get the $25 one on skip the dishes. When I called, they said all the steaks should be on there but they aren't (at least from what I saw online on their menu). It's too bad because that's the only way to deliver. Edit: I ordered the $25 dinner and not only was it only slightly bigger than my hand (for the entire meal and my hands are small lol), but they overcooked it badly. I asked for medium and there was no pink because it was overcooked so badly. Also, no corn on the cob, just a tiny condiment container with some nibblets. Not worth it, especially going through skip where you pay far more. Bad first experience. I'll stick to the St. Thomas Roadhouse because they give you a lot more food for less money, cook it properly, tastes great, and are just amazing. Edit #2. (Decided to change this edit. Instead of putting the 2nd poor service that I had last) I thought I'd add that I reached out, like I was asked to do. Was then told to send a copy of my receipt, which I did, and heard nothing. I was appreciative they'd gotten back at first, but disappointed they never spoke to me again. Oh well, live and learn

We’ve always had a great experience at the St Thomas Chuck’s location! The two in London leave a lot to be desired in food quality, professionalism, and customer service, but the St Thomas location is a real gem! They are always so friendly and efficient, they don’t over wait on you they seem to know the perfect balance of making sure everything is to your liking and actually letting you enjoy your meal with your partner or group. The food has always been fresh, quick, quality, and always tasty, all at a reasonable price for a Steak House - especially these days. We continue to return because we’ve had such great food and service here, it continues to be a top choice for us when we choose to splurge on a meal out.

Service is not bad, sometimes they are under staffed and things are slow but the staff are friendly. The food is relatively cheap, and pretty decent. Is the steak dinner comparable to the keg? No. Is it better than a burger combo at one of the 20 fast food joints in the area? Absolutely. Everything was tasty, and cooked well. A family friendly, and affordable dine in option
