Originally gave a good review, but after a year when we got into an accident we realized that they didn't ask us right questions and we got a wrong type of insurance because of them. Not sure if we can get our car fixed.

The lady who helped me was horrible. Evertime I ask for a way to decrease my monthly payment, she was so aggressive & didn't want to give me options. She's almost mocking me by kind of suggesting that i'm cheap. The only reason I went there was because of its convenience in terms of location. WOREST INSURANCE AGENT EVER!!

Time to renew my drivers insurance. Took a few minutes to wade through some of the new requirements. The agent was friendly and knowledgable even when I did not quite understand what she was asking. Eventually I got it. After a very short time I was on my way.

They refused to cancel my insurance even though the crashed bike and plates were down in Oregon. I phoned ICBC directly and no problem. There is an insurance cancelation form to be filled out. Thats it.The person at the desk was incompetant and so was the manager on duty.
