TPD had a part time need for someone to cover reception and office administration duties for two hours midday during the week. We contacted WorkWithUs to ask if they had anyone interested in working the two hour shift each day, Monday - Friday. Within a week, we had someone start who was looking to get back into the workforce. We have since watched her grow with confidence and is now working 1/2 days with additional responsibilities around the office. It was a win-win for us, as we were able to fill a workforce need with someone who has represented us well, and, because partnering with WorkWithUs aligns with our corporate social responsibility values.
