I hate shopping for a bathing suit...esp when it's cooler outside and my summer tan has faded. However, the ladies at La Vie en Rose were helpful, funny, and caring....and I got a great swimsuit! Lynn especially was great and didn't tire of my endless requests. When my daughter was there this summer for her wedding lingerie, she found the same, patient service. Who knew I'd have fun, feel great, AND get a bathing suit I love? Well done!

I was having trouble deciding on a swimsuit, but the staff were wonderful throughout my visit. They were all very sweet. Shela (I'm sorry if its not correct) was especially kind. There was also a lady working in the fitting rooms, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she was very helpful, and thoughtful with everyone. Definitely made my experience that much better, thank you!

In general, I am super uncomfortable shopping for myself and have never found the right fit. I went to this store and met the most helpful and amazing associate,Michaela! She helped me feel comfortable and was eager about helping me find the right fit. She was so spectacular and I will always make sure she is there when I visit the store. Thank you Michaela!

Sadly my first bad experience here.I purchased one of the lounge bras last week and had a whole conversation with the girl at the cash about how excited I was to try it out. Sadly, I had grabbed what I thought was a small and when I got it home I realized it was an extra large. My mistake for sure...however, this is a a store that specializes in this stuff so I'm not sure how it was missed at cashout....should they not have said something? Maybe not...but when I asked about this I was just stared at like I had just said the most ridiculous thing in the whole world. It was super uncomfortable and I'm now unlikely to return to this location.

The lady yesterday was completely useless. When asked a question, the lady replied, I don't know." My wife and her sister were walking out without buying anything when they saw the item they were looking for. If this is how it's staffed

All the staff were kind and friendly! They helped a lot when trying on swimsuits and bras, to get different sizes. Store had a good selection as well.

I came to the store dreading bathing suit shopping with my new enlarged covid body. Lynn made it an amazing and positive experience. So much so that I came back a few days later to be fitted for a bra. Lynn tirelessly brought me different styles and sizes til we got the perfect ones(swimsuits and bras) . I came away with 2 swimsuit tops and 2 bras and 6panties. I'm ready for my honeymoon/birthday trip.Thank you Lynn and also the team who were all encouraging also.Lynn...you rock

I had the hardest time finding the right fit and comfort. Long story but thanks to Nancy I now am comfortable and happy. She's the one that figured out that I was having a reaction to the material on the wing back bras. I returned what I bought and the girl at the desk told me just to get a bigger size. Well thanks to Nancy she paid attention to my needs and I am grateful for her service. 5 stars for Nancy. Belleville Ontario store.
