The Jaaaaaaag is running well again. Even when the third party parts they install go bad, sometimes they're under a warranty and the second repair is the one that does the trick, and for much less money. Nothing could've been done to prevent the new installed parts from breaking, but the response was great.

Had an electrical problem with my vehicle. Tom installed a rebuild alternator for my Honda overcharging me approximately 500 dollars., plus another 300 dollars service and labor fees. An overall 800 dollar job lasted for 9 months before a new alternator had to be installed. No warranty was mentioned to me, until I came back to Tom to ask for compensation for installing a faulty part. Tom said shoulda come to us can't do nothing for you" and dismissed me. I will be attempting to negotiate a refund

We have been servicing our cars here for years. The service is great, and the prices are very fair. Above all, Tom is very honest and there's nothing they can't fix!

Great place to get you vehicle fixed

Super disappointed in this place. DO NOT take your car there. Dropped off in morning went back in evening and told me they still hadn’t got to it but the windows were down it was in a different spot and food crumbs left in it. In way dirtier shape than when I took it. Way to waste my time and effort.

Please avoid this shop. Let my poor experience and luck serve as a warning to others considering to use this mechanic.I had originally used these folks to get my new suspension installed. It began to fail 5 months after being installed. Brought it back in to have it inspected/serviced. Later that day I get a phone call telling me its ready to be picked up.. I pick up my car, and about 15km into my commute, my front passenger side wheel falls off the car. I reduce speed and pull over - and call a tow because my brakes are digging into my alloy rim.I take it back to Tom to explain how my wheel had disconnected and the potential safety issue there. Luckily no one was hurt and the damage to my vehicle was minimal. Tom's overall attitude was that because no one was hurt, there is no reason for alarm.Tom ended up reimbursing me for the warranty work" and the cost of a tow. I decided at that point that these folks will not be touching my vehicle again.I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop in the area to have the entire vehicle inspected. It turns out that not only did the mechanic over at PB&S install strut mounts upside down

They did a great job repairing the electrical problem on my vehicle in a prompt manner Tom has served this community well for a lot of years I thank him

Good experience old mechanic

I have seen a couple of 1 stars before I come but I said I should come and see my self and I did, here we go I wish google will add an option like not recommended with red tag warning sign so we don't even try.

Old boy tommy was mad and charged me extra when changing my tires very unprofessional costumer service. Would not recommend and will not be back.
