Once I our power chair was at the shop, they called within a few hours with a simple fix. The chair is now useful to us when we thought it might not be due to age & lack of available parts. Staff has been friendly & helpful/flexible to try to find solutions for our situations.Thank you!

Ali is a pleasure to deal with, very professional. He and his team helped my parents to install a pre-owned Bruno chair lift which required cutting/modification. I had concerns about budget overrun but the installation was done as-quoted. My parents are very happy with their new mobility aid. Thank you!!

Lift chair stopped working so I called the office and talked with Lalita who was very helpful. She dispatched Matt to our house who arrived within a couple of hours. He repaired the chair and ordered a new part. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He definitely is an asset to this company. I highly recommend Wheelchair Works. They are an amazing company.

Love this store!! I was lucky enough to have my appointment with the owner whom provided me with exceptional service. He went above and beyond to provide me with the knowledge to operate my travel buggy even though I had not purchased it from them. He then put in the adapter kit so that I would be more comfortable in my chair. I could not recommend this owner operated business more highly!!

Ali was right on time for our appointment and worked very quickly all the time explaining as he was working on the two stair lifts he installed in our home.This has given me freedom of both floors in our home. I can't believe how their team went completely out of their way to help us. With our two experiences over the last year in dealing with them it was not at all about $$....it was all about providing an excellent service. These guys are unbelievable!!
