JP performed two gas appliance installations for me. Each were a bit more effort than the standard install and despite this JP carried out the work at the agreed price and time with a high degree of quality and attention to detail.The first project involved the replacement of a wood fireplace insert with a gas insert. JP was recommended to us by a local fireplace shop and when he inspected the job he recommended an appropriate unit for that location. Removal of the old unit was a challenge but working together we got it and all of the old stack out. The new unit went in smoothly including a custom made surround. There was only a small amount of brickwork left for me to do afterwards to complete the job. It was been two years now and the fireplace is working great.The second project was to replace my rental gas water heater. JP inspected the job and recommended an appropriate replacement. The job was a bit more than just a simple lift and shift as we needed to convert from natural vent to power vent, and a number of plumbing shortcuts performed by previous installers were corrected.Overall, working with JP was a great experience as there was never any doubt that the job would be done right. I have a second fireplace that needs an insert and when I am ready to have the work done I will be contacting JP.

JP installed a gas fireplace in our basement. He provided excellent advice during his initial visit and arrived punctually on the day of installation. He was professional, friendly and helpful when the supplier went bankrupted before we received the final piece of our fireplace. JP returned and installed the vignette after he ordered it himself.
