Horrible service. The elderly sales woman is combative, ill mannered and discriminating. She is actively driving customers away and ruining the reputation of a business that offers decent priced good quality products. I would recommend Saskatoon customers to visit this store only to try something on for size and then buy it online.

Good quality, comfortable clothing. Often has huge sales 25-50% off. I regularly shop here and everyone is kind and helpful, they are genuinely interested in what uses I have for the things I'm picking up (travel, sports, etc). Last time I came in and said what I was looking for, the store rep went into the back and brought out something new that hadnt been shelved yet, it was just what I needed. I recommend their clothing for travel and running outdoors. They're comfortable, lightweight, and durable. Good return policy as well.

I was looking for a long sleeve quick dry shirt. Found just what I wanted and it was on sale! Invited my wife down due to the sale and she found a few more items she liked. Eddie Bauer is great quality. Friendly staff and try on rooms.

Awesome place to buy your first Parka’s and Down jacketsI got two for myself, lady who was there to assist was so helpful that she actually advised me to go for taller version in same size considering my height which is one of the best thing I’ve learnt!Highly recommended

For online shopping, their customer service and website sucks. I ordered a few jackets, 1 arrived on time, 3 were not delivered or misplaced in transit and 1 jacket still has yet to be shipped, and nothing has been done to rectify the missing products and it takes a long time for customer service to get involved. I would not recommend shopping here as you may not get the items you purchased, and you could be waiting for an unacceptable amount of time before you have to contact them repetitively to get a refund/replacements.

Awesome customer service, and great prices.There always seems to be a great sale going on here. You can get some great jackets at some cheap prices, when there 50% off sales, or even more! Lots to choose from, and lots to try on.Very good employees too; they were warm and welcoming, and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind. They checked in periodically and helped with fitting. They answered any and all questions excellently.It's a great store, with some great employees, with some great outerwear!

Excellent service, not just from one employee but four! I was shopping for a Christmas present for my mom, and everybody that I interacted with put great care into helping me-- from detailing the return policy to choosing the right size. It was my first time shopping here in ages, and my expectations were exceeded.
