Finally made it to this place, my wife and I had tried four times and each time they were packed and we could not wait that long and we ended up across North Road in some other Korean restaurant. It was worth the experience - finally - and though we may not come again, it is not because of the food being bad, it was very…..interesting. The blood sausage and organ soup was very tasty, a bit spicy, and full of flavour. The sausage was encased in real intestine, which made for a nice chewy texture. The seafood soup had large pieces of soft egg tofu, lots of different kinds of seafood from octopus to mussels to clams and prawns and was perfectly spiced.

Came here for some korean food instead of eating kimbab cheongguk wanting to try something new since i was around the area. We ordered the bibimbap, the bulgogi, sundobu, hameul pajeon and the cold buckwheat noodle. The food was just so so for my taste. I personally think other korean restaurants around the area did better just for my personal taste. The service was good and the tea was extremely warm so it was really good. Place was really warm during the winter so it shows how the building envelope of the building was good too. Cheers for some korean food!

The prices at this establishment are exceptionally fair, making it an excellent choice for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. When it comes to the must-try dishes, I highly recommend indulging in the delightful flavors of their rice sausage soup, tender and flavorful pork trotters, the unique experience of sipping on jarred rice wine, and the refreshing coolness of their cold noodles. Each of these dishes showcases the essence of Korean cuisine, offering a glimpse into the rich culinary traditions of the region. The rice sausage soup brims with comforting flavors, combining tender rice sausages with a fragrant and savory broth that warms both the stomach and the soul. The pork trotters are expertly prepared, resulting in succulent and tender meat that practically melts in your mouth, accompanied by delectable seasonings that elevate the dish to new heights. Savoring a sip of jarred rice wine provides a truly authentic experience, as you taste the intricate flavors that have been nurtured and matured over time. Finally, the cold noodles provide a refreshing and satisfying respite from the summer heat, with the combination of flavors and textures delighting the palate. What adds to the authenticity of the dining experience is the fact that the menu is entirely in Korean. This not only reinforces the traditional nature of the cuisine but also immerses you in the cultural ambiance of Korea. It allows you to explore the offerings with a sense of adventure and to truly embrace the flavors and culinary heritage of the region. In conclusion, the reasonable prices, coupled with the tantalizing dishes such as rice sausage soup, pork trotters, jarred rice wine, and cold noodles, make this establishment a must-visit. As you peruse the menu, which is exclusively in Korean, you embark on a culinary journey that celebrates tradition and authenticity. Prepare to indulge in the rich tapestry of Korean flavors and savor the experience of a truly traditional dining experience.

My go-to place for authentic Korean food. Get the cold noodles in summer and the tofu soup in winter. You won’t regret ;) Personal favourite: fried pork intestines

Homey Korean food. Best blood sausage I had but I didn't like the pancake. Probably will try its pork feet next time.

First time trying this place. We ordered a lot of speciality type dishes. The pigs feet is very flavorful but a bit difficult to eat. The Ming bean pancake was good but I’m not sure if it’s worth the price. The Bench seating is an cool experience but it doesn’t make you want to sit very long.

I ordered a soon-dae(순대) in person for to-go at the store and waited for 20 mins. After I came home and realized I got the wrong one from them which is the cheaper menu than the one I paid for. The food smelled terrible so ended up I just throw them away. My car smells terrible after this visit. Just total waste of 40 bucks and my time.

Simple authentic Korean grill and hotpot. Second time I came, I felt the food preparation and flavouring was better maybe because it wasn’t too busy that time and the chef had more opportunity to put attention to the details.
