I was excited to try this new place that finally took over the old Starbucks location in TerraNova. We like to support small indie coffee shops so this was a big plus to see here.The staff here are friendly and they seem to have a good bakery selection.Ordered a latte for here, but was a bit disappointed they served the drink in a paper cup while I saw they had china/porcelain cups available.I saw they served all their drinks using take-out cups. This brings down the in-store coffee drinking experience to a lower level, also not so “green” to do so.Also ordered a muffin but it was wet and soggy, seemed like it was underbaked but maybe this is just their recipe, I don’t know.We will certainly give it another chance in a few months time after it irons things out.

Great atmosphere and service. The vegan pumpkin muffin was super light and tasty, and the white chocolate mocha was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Small coffeeshop (not a big corporate chain!) that opened up here in the Fall. I visit whenever I go grocery shopping at the Save-On-Foods. Staff are friendly, I used to work in this exact store back when it was still a Starbucks, so it was fun to chat with them about that experience. I was literally in their shoes a couple years back! Coffee is always excellent, I've only ever tried their Lemon Loaf for food, gotta come when I have more time to try some of their hot food.

The London Fog is the best one I've had in Richmond. I'm glad Starbucks left this location so that this place could come in. I don't hate Starbucks or anything but a little variety is nice and this was a pleasant place to spend my time.

Pretty solid. Nice to have a coffee shop back in Terra Nova. Baked goods are alright, pretty standard. Drinks are good, nothing fancy, but just what I want. Seating inside and outside. Basically like the previous Starbucks.Edit: after having multiple drinks and baked good, I’m giving this 5 star review. The cinnamon buns are awesome, lemon loaf is solid. Offer a wide variety of drink options for all dietary needs.

The service is fine, but the matcha latte was disappointing. It tasted overwhelmingly of burnt milk, which overpowered any matcha flavours. I got a large as well, so it was a lot of milk gone to waste.The washroom light had also gone out while I was using it. I thought it was the sensor since it turned on when I entered, but it stayed off even when I was blindly trying to find the door. It was a spooky situation!If I were to come back, I'd probably order something else. The other customers seemed to be enjoying their drinks, so maybe I got the wrong thing.

They serve great cappuccino, not watery at all, strong with a high froth. And I love their cozy and friendly atmosphere, there could be more seats though.

We only had a cappuccino (16 oz - 2 shots) to go so we don't know the service beyond that. From what we've ordered, the drink is strong and aromatic, the milk a tad too watery for us but not that bad. The price is decent.From what we can see the inside is brightly lit and the patio is a quaint little area.Overall, a cute little coffee shop.
