Exceptional Service! My pup was in for a procedure this week and I felt very safe leaving him in their care. They entertained all my questions and were patient and kind. It is also very clean and they are well organized. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond staff. I came in to make one of the hardest decisions a pet owner has to make, and the team at Chelmsford Animal Hospital was amazing. Without me having to ask (clearly in an upset state), everything was explained to me from start to finish and was made very clear. The team took the time to make my dog and myself as comfortable as possible.Thank you, with all my heart, for being such kind, thoughtful, and professional humans.

I'd like to extend a very thoughtful Thank you to Dr Marin and the staff member on the evening of the 12th. We unfortunately had to have our sweet girl put down however the Doctor and woman working took amazing care of Morgan and us. It was an incredibly tough evening and would never wish to make a such a difficult decision to let a beloved pet go but I appreciate how much love and sympathy you all provided to my spouse and I.

I brought my dog in to see Dr. Stinson, as my regular Vet Dr. Marin was away at the time. Dr. Stinson immediately told me that my dog was going to die and that I needed to get a $2,800 CT scan done on her. My dog's booster shot was due at the time, but Dr. Stinson refused to give this to my dog saying there was no need as she wouldn't be alive for much longer. He told me this without having done any tests on my dog and without having any sort of diagnosis in his hands of any kind. When I obtained two other medical opinions, they both told me the same thing and it was exact opposite to what Dr. Stinson had told me. Neither told me my dog was dying. I did not appreciate these scare tactics, but when I later went to complain about this, Chelmsford Animal Hospital immediately decided to dump me as a client. I had gone to this clinic for quite some time spending a lot of money there....evidently they don't care about this....and more importantly, this animal hospital is fully aware that other Vets within the Sudbury district are taking on NO new patients at this time.....thank you so much for leaving my animals in danger with absolutely NO veterinary care if needed....if something happens to my animals, they will most likely die now....very unprofessional

Chelmsford animal hospital is by far the best place to bring your fur baby the Doctors and staff are very professional and compassionate the hospital is equipped with everything needed to help your pet in an emergency or just to ensure your pet is getting the most out of life trust this hospital for all your pets needs.

Staff are always friendly and I appreciate they are on time. I have many closer vets but prefer to travel to here because the service is amazing!

Our beautiful and much loved dog got very sick unexpectedly on Mother's Day and the Chelmsford Animal Hospital was the afterhours emergency clinic we were referred to. The vet and vet techs that were there that day were absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Cara Yu is an exceptional human being as well as a great vet. She and the team went above and beyond to try to save our dog but in the end were not successful. We will never forget their compassion and kindness
