We have had cats from our rescue at numerous vets around Edmonton and Sherwood Park. Heritage Hills always takes amazing care of our kitties, and truly cares about the animals best interest. They treat us with the utmost respect and kindness. I never want to take them anywhere else. Would HIGHLY recommend

0 stars Terrible Vet!Misdiagnosed my dog and he died. Also they add ridiculous fees to your bill with no explanation. Rooms are cold and unwelcoming.

I am very very happy with the Vet at this place. He always handles my 1 year old fur baby so well and has saved her life twice already! I wouldnt bring her to any other vet , I now bring all my fur babies here. I reccomend bring your pets here if you want someone who cares about the animals. Ive had bad vet experiences in the past with other places but this vet def is the best in my opinion and the lady at the front desk is always so welcome and super friendly where as other vets the desk people are rude and miserable.

Heritage is deffo top for me when bringing my rabbit somewhere. Park charges stupid prices for the most basic things. I still have to say though, barrhead vet does stay at top place for their care and that vets dedication, he may have a set open and close but he will help u in the middle of the night if you find your pet is ill. Still, for a city vet, this one is the next best place to go.

Heritage Hills Vet Clinic went above and beyond to accommodate us during our cats last few months. While our cat when through his last moments to, the staff at the clinic truly was amazing and wonderful during the process. I recommend HHVC for your pets needs. You'll be treated like family! I have a new puppy and he's been to Heritage Hills Veterinary Clinic for all his shots and check ups. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate all of their advice and recommendations for pet care and products. They also call to follow up after appointments to make sure everything is okay or if you have any further questions or concerns. I believe walk-ins are welcome but booking appointments is advised.

My cat Pluto was sick all of a sudden and I was very worried of him as well as the cost ultimately leading to his treatment. I called the vet and they were compassionate and kind and understood the stress I felt. They spoke to me and explained the situation and discussed my options w the treatment. They were very patient throughout the whole appointment and even explained the breakdown process. I appreciate this a lot as I’m a young adult who is taking care of a new cat in the family and I really appreciate a get that is compassionate. Their dr was also open and was able to explain things to me properly and with patience. The front desk lady was also kind and wonderful
