Nice building but the suites are small for the amount of money they are asking for.

Location is good however it is VERY over priced for what you get. Management has improved quite a bit though.

I am sure the apartments are nice but getting in and out of this building can be a nightmare sometimes. It seems the elevators are always on service and with Covid restrictions that means one or two people per elevator which can often mean a lineup out to the street.

If you wanna get ripped off by property management then this is the place to live !! Don't even bother with this place , they don't care about their tenants

Management is slow and incompetent. They have no sense of urgency with any task you may ask of them, no matter how simple or serious the issue at hand is. & don't waste your time calling cause their too busy not answering anyone to answer you call :).

These units are small and overpriced. One bedroom will run you roughly $1600 per month and larger rooms go for well over $2000 per month.In addition, construction next door begins at 7:00am sharp, so good luck sleeping past that during the week.Sleeping is even worse because there is a super-bright light from the parking tower outside that is so bright it shines through the “black-out” curtains. It is so bright that it casts shadows in the room, which makes for a poor sleeping experience.The cabinetry and interior installations were done poorly (cabinet doors are all crooked and cabinets themselves are cut improperly). Even some walls and bathroom tiling aren’t straight.The unit was not clean when it was delivered to me.Hydro is 75% more expensive than what I was told it would be.I recommend you look elsewhere if you can.

Places are decent. High priced. They should have White Picket Fences for those prices.

The prices on your website is very misleading. I’d suggest that you guys update your site and stop having people fooled!
