PHENOMENAL service at this location. Amanda is an Absolutely awesome. Customers service is above and beyond every customer that called or came through the door was given the same amazing treatment and priority. If you need anything the employees at this location will be sure to get the job done. Highly recommend.

We had a very good experience at this Rogers location. Jacquelyn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Went in to buy a phone and she helped us with phone installation and set-up and answered all of the questions we had! Thanks for a great experience.

Great people, good service. Questions answered and we felt comfortable with the open attitudes of the gals there. Left with two new phones to carry on with. Amanda multitasks with ease AND laughs at my jokes.

Jacqueline and Maddy were very helpful navigating the labyrinth that is Rogers’ easy-to-understand “consumer friendly” plans. Jacqueline eventually helped me to understand the plans we have and was able to get my daughter into a new phone for a reasonable price (I think…)
