Although it was for brief moment, I could tell that Krista and the company actually went over my application in details, while entire conversation was very engaging. I can assure you that she'll disclose any information that would benefit in the process as long as it's available to applicants. Krista has a keen understanding of the employment market. She recently started representing Jobilla here in Canada. Jobilla is a very interesting tool for finding candidates who may not be actively looking but want to investigate options. The Jobilla campaigns allow a business to target what they are looking for but only get candidates who fit the criteria instead of filling up your inbox with unqualified people you will normally get from the regular job boards.
