My wife and I were referred to the Grechi Carter team by our Mortgage Agent in order to get our Manulife One refinancing completed. I was dealing with Alessandra, the amazing and hard working Law Clerk, for the majority of the transaction. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and quite diligent. Communication was very straight forward and the sending of documents, back and forth, was very smooth and seamless. The technology they had available to them made it very convenient for us (especially with two young boys doing online schooling) and we were able to sign documents digitally and also meet (Virtually) the wonderful young Associate, Lauren Humphreys, who was very personable and friendly. She was thorough and explained the documents we were going through and about to sign very easily and straight forward (she even recommended a good burger joint in our neck of the woods). We were extremely happy about our experience with the law firm and look forward to retaining them again in the future. Thanks for all the help and effort taken to get our closing done!
