Contacted Global Aluminum Railings to get a quote after reading the positive reviews posted for them. Spoke with Tatiana who was very professional and helpful. She sent an email with estimates with the different options for glass railing styles, as well as pictures of other installations and timelines to complete the work. She was always very responsive and answered all my questions. Tatiana kept me updated on the status of the specific railing we had chosen since the were not readily available and in production. Once the railings were ready, she immediately contacted me and had Val Jr come to complete the installation. We are very happy with the railings for our deck. In 2017 had my railing on the veranda put up ..great job and from the advice of the man the right colour was chosen..I think I have already did a review ..but looking forward in the future to call them again ..

She has a friendly demeanor, is knowledgeable with the company’s products and answered all my questions posed to her without hesitation.As per our conversations, being able to see pictures of available product options and measurements taken and submitted; Tatiana was able to provide me with a design layout that fit my budget. In addition, the installation team was very professional and put the finishing touches on my front entrance glass doors to my satisfaction.I would definitely recommend Global Aluminum Solutions Inc. to anyone and everyone! I had called a few companies regarding having our front porch enclosure updated with a modern glass look. We would highly recommend this company based on our experience. I wasn't sure about getting glass railings for our deck as we have a young child (messy fingerprints, throwing objects around, etc) but my husband wanted glass railings. I'm so glad I was able to find this company through my research. Tatiana responded to my emails promptly and my husband conversed with her for the rest of the project. I'm so glad Vlad came and took measurements (with his laser) as it is more accurate than our hand drawings. Vlad and his team worked and installed the deck rails efficiently this week. They arrived on time, worked until the rails were installed, cleaned up and left; they were so professional! I am so glad I didn't have to live through the completion of our deck renovation with hardware store bought deck rail materials, delivery and hiring a contractor to customize the generic railings. This company provided delivery, install and customized deck glass railing materials at a very competitive rate; they installed it for us just in time to enjoy this whole summer!
