Was my first time in, I've been using a vapeman with great results to quit smoking (3000 puffs) and it lasts me over a month for 30.99$ Made my first visit the other day and was recommended a boosted bar plus, lasted me 5 days 26.99$. I contacted them and informed them and that i believe this was a faulty product and it hadn't even been a week and they replied its only a 24 return policy. Poor costumer service, no bang for your buck. Visit Savour the vapor on fairway, much better costumer retention service.

The owner and management of vip vape are so greedy and unprofessional. They hide in India while laughing at all of you who buy vapes for triple the amount they buy it for. I also addressed a health issue from the vapes and they told me it’s normal for the esophagus to burn but it’s not. All of you who vape will have damaged esophagus and possibly cancer as well. Who ever is reading this quit as soon. If you know who they are and how they deal with people you will never come back to this place again. Greedy and unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered on a Sunday for delivery for just a small order. They were prompt, efficient and the driver was so nice. I would recommend and will definatley be a regular customer. I use delivery all the time and they are a perfect choice. Easy online ordering. Love this thank you VIP Vape, you definitely live up to your name! And a life saver on such short notice.

I just love this place and love the people with there. They have variety of products send discounts and i win $50 discount as well. Going there from last 2.5 years and never had any problem

Very disappointed in the online customer service.I was told that if I ordered 5 or more that there was a discount but wasn't.Instead was over charged on my credit card.This was my second bad experience with this company.Was also told to visit the Owensound store and drove over a hour to go there to find out it was closed due to ministry inspections.Never again will I go back to this business.VERY POORCUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed my order for local delivery at 2:30 pm july 3 and i haven’t gotten my order, it is now 10pm, nor have they offered me a refund. This place used to be my go to, not it’s not.
