Dr Dickson check my ears to see why I’m always feeling dizzy, my ears looked good so he sent me to get and ENG and balance test to figure out why I’m feeling dizzy all the time. He is a good dr and I’m bringing my son to see him for his problem in his nose. the receptionist was good to me, I didn’t see anything wrong there.

This ENT was able to solve my mysterious nose bleeds. The hospital didn’t know wha to do after multiple visits. Dr. Dickson helped solve the problem with only one visit. I have been nose bleed free for years now.

Dr Thomas is very nice and experienced doctor. The receptionist is the most rudest person I have ever seen in my life. She is worst in treating patients. Her tone is extremely rude and have no clue or sense how to behave.

Very very very rude staff ... I don't know how the doctor is but the staff is very rude and not concerned at all ... I had an appointment for my daughter who is 17 months now .... for some work related reason I had to cancel the appointment same day ... I called the doctors office in the morning and told them I won't be able make it to doctors office and if I could reschedule the appointment for next day .... the receptionist told me that they were totally booked for next day and the next available date would be 16 March ... I requested her to give me an appointment for 16 but I was told that I would have to call my family doctor and they would reschedule it with Dr Dickson office .... and now today I was told they will not give me any more appointments because I canceled it the same day .... the receptionist could have told me about this complication of not giving me the appointment again .... I feel it's just that they were not able make money of me yesterday so they are intersted anymore in looking into my daughter's case anymore ..... I feel ashamed to be a part of such medical system .... it is absolutely for money .... no humanity or ethics are seen any more .... very devastating it is .....

Great Doctor, very knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing him for the last 20 years.

Would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Absolutely no help, I came in with a feeling of fullness in my ears she did a simple hearing test and told me she didn’t know what was wrong….not even a thought or recommendation of what it could be but was eager to walk me up to the front to pay the $70. If you have a problem with your ears DO NOT go here you will not get your answers.
