Orphan Aid Thrift Store
Just visited for the first time! So many brand name clothes for very good prices. Others are higher priced but that's not unusual for thrifts these days. I arrived right before closing and was kindly reminded a few times it was closing soon but I wasn't scolded into leaving faster like some thrift stores. Had a lovely chat with the volunteer at the register who knocked off a few $'s for a stain on a shirt. And the best part: a dressing room you're actually allowed to use! Would definitely recommend this spot.

Really good variety of products, friendly and helpful staff, great prices (specially compared to Value Village) and you’re helping a beautiful cause. I loved visiting there today!

My friend and I stopped going here because we found the staff were rude and were even more rude to our young children. Doesn't have a great selection to choose from but we went there because bases stopped selling kids clothes. Our kids a very respectful and don't make a mess though they were not treated as such. There is one nice staff member there but all the rest make it not worth it

I've had a great experience every time except for the one time today. The cashier lady working on the afternoon on the 15th of September had the most foul attitude. My total was under $4 so I offered to pay $5 since I know it all goes to charity and for a good cause. She told me the five-dollar minimum doesn't apply with my card but I insisted and she charged me $4 anyway. As I'm putting what I bought into my bag she scolds me because she she didn't know I was tapping with my Mastercard which she said it was actually $5 minimum. So I volunteered to pay another $5 since he goes to charity. She didn't really anf in rolled her eyes. So not only did she decline my $6 contribution on top of the $4. I shop there because if I have a chance to give back directly it's a good cause I always will. And I know she's a volunteer but her attitude will drive away the customer base. This place is called orphan aid because it helps orphans but having someone like that at your organization discourages people from supporting it

This thrift store is quite nice. The pricing here is very good, and the selection is large considering the limited space they have. They have a large selection of toys and stuffed animals, which for a collector like me -- who collects a lot of custom stuff -- is a good thing. The only small problem is that it is very crammed inside in some parts of the store, which could make it difficult for someone in a wheelchair to move around easily. Otherwise, totally worth a visit.

My first time here .Dropped off some furniture with help from Bill . Great little selection of furniture goods that most thrift stores don't carry. Seemed to have a large selection of men's and women's clothing, book selection very well organized. Lots of children's toys, games and strollers and car seats . Good covid protocols in place. 5 stars, why not .

The ladies are super friendly and the staff has been nothing but love and smiles. They have a great kitchen selection. Clothes can be found but need to find them right when they are put out. It is definitely well kept and the prices are all reasonable. Got lucky and found a brand new polo for 6 bucks. Thanks for the great work in the store. God bless!

Because of school, this has become a frequent place to visit to find things to make materials used in the course. Lots of treasures, and not only do they provide excellent stock, the prices are more than reasonable, not to mention once in a while certain things bring on the nostalgic memories from long time ago. Staff are very friendly and one must realize that they are all volunteers so being friendly and appreciate what they do should be warranted. Making purchases here not only decrease the unnecessary consumerism, but also help with a good cause, not to mention the act gives nature a slight breathing room that it desperately needs!

First of all the staff working here is not stable, they keep changing and you cannot find a real person to talk to. One day someone, the other day someone else. The second thing is they are mostly rude elderly people. They are always angry with something or someone They always tend to behave you as if you are stealing something. I do not care if they have many shoplifting problems here but this is not good for real customers. The other thing is that I do not believe they have reasonable pricing. Most of the products inside are randomly priced regardless to their real values. And also, inside the store it is like someone elses garage, stinky and messy. No proper shelving. most of the products are in total mess. Very narrow space for you to roam around. Besides, I have serious doubt about their charity cause. If they had had a strong charity cause, they would have more young people with them but as far as I have seen, almost no young people around there. Last but not the least, they keep attracting homeless people to the neighbourhood. I have seen many times people dropping their garbage in front of their store and also at the back of their building. Most of these homeless people benefit from these bags and they leave just garbage behind. The only reason this is happening is this store. They do not have a safe and secure drop-off area. All in all, their being in this neighbourhood is only good for their landlord and homeless people but no one else. Hope they leave the neighborhood sometime soon.
