I had a wonderful experience with Driving Miss Daisy in Vancouver. The lovely friendly and caring staff drove me from my Hotel to a medical appointment at Lions Gate Hospital and did the return trip as well. Really great, they also offer services to pick you up from medical appointments that require you to leave with a companion for us younger folks, too, i.e. my jaw surgery under twilight anaesthesia,Know that if you do leave without a companion when one is required, it can potentially wreck any insurance claims if there is a later infection, etc. because the doctor's office will write left against medical advice".SO I highly recommend this service.The day of my surgery I was also have a long argument with my surgeon about a legal document

I live on Vancouver Island and am a primary caregiver for my elderly Aunt who lives in North Vancouver. That distance can prove challenging to get her to appointments - but fortunately the service and care we obtained from Driving Miss Daisy has been a life saver. I can highly recommend anyone in a similar situation to contact Marina or Vic for assistance in helping with loved ones when you are unable to do it yourself. They truly care about the people they are serving.

We have been using this service since fall 2022 when a parent had to give up driving. The drivers are on-time, professional and caring. Marina and Vic in the office are efficient and helpful.

I can't speak highly enough of Driving Miss Daisy North Shore/North Burnaby. They facilitated my grandma (88 years old) getting a ride to the airport and getting connected with the airport disability services, way more than just a cab company could do. They did this for a very reasonable price too.Vic is a polite and professional coordinator for the service. He's fast calling back and was great at synthesizing and communicating a plan. The driver Linda was super friendly and effective. Together they executed on special requests on short notice and made the whole trip (the first time my grandma had flown in 17 years) possible. Thank you guys so much!
