Good tasting tea.I first stumbled across this brand in California, and liked it. My family and I just stumbled to it again in Unionville Toronto! Right across from Side by Side Hot PotClean store front, and accepts debit payment. Good tasting tea drink.

We went there during their grand opening promotion weekend (Mar 18-20,2022). We did not get a chance to buy their fruit tea at $2 special when we got there on Friday afternoon. But no disappointment, they still offered 20% off on all drinks. We got three drinks and a cute keychain gift to go. They were really friendly and helpful. The drinks tasted ok but the pearls were a bit too soft. Other than that, everything was good.One week later, we visited again and this time we ordered 1 hot brown sugar pearl oolong tea latte and 1 iced brown sugar pearl black tea latte. They were not under our expectations. It was standard and fixed sugar level but it tasted very bland (flavourless) and the pearls were still too soft (not chewy at all). Service was excellent but the taste of the drinks were a bit disappointing.

Small store with 1 bench and 1 table. Great customer service. Cautioned customer with hot drinks.Saw another customer order something that require additional time. They apologized for the wait and explained the reasoning. Great way of handling the situation.

This is probably one of the best experience I had in a bubble tea shop in recent years! We came here to try out the special winter menu drinks. The staff who took our order was super friendly and helpful. He provided us with the different temperature options and recommended the sweetness level for each drink. Also, he make sure we were aware of the waiting time and combo option for the the crispy egg cakes. Both the drinks and crispy egg cake combo were delicious.The excellent customer service really stand out and made us feel welcome! We will definitely return for more!

The staff here are very friendly and nice, the owners are super helpful and funny. You can taste the fresh tea and with fresh fruits make the drinks always a go to place for my family.
