Sunbelt Rentals

Most un-organized place I have ever dealt with for a large company.Apparently they are not all bound by the same pricing and service costs.I am told that they all bill as they feel no standard between locations.And they made a point of using up my whole deposit contrary to what I was quoted at the other location although they did not have a machine and told me to call the sidney location as they did.Was quoted by Langford location 1 cost and the sidney location has a completely different idea so no consistency between stores.Never rent there again as it took over a week to find out what my bill really was and when I went in the next day the machine was returned they could not tell me a thing and said they would get back to be regarding the bill.Thye fellow that helped me on saturday to get the machine sent out was great. But no one else had a clue what to do or when it happened.

A thoroughly professional rental service, equal to the needs of professional workers, whom they serve. My only disappointment was that the equipment on the Sunbelt website is not necessarily present in the store.The range of equipment and consumables is second to none. Staff are very knowledgeable about the equipment, and there is a culture of helpfulness and ‘let’s help you to get it done…’

Top notch mechanics and customer service. Store is very well stocked with new equipment, replacement parts and rentals.

Bought a Stihl leaf blower from Sunbelt Rentals and it was a very painless experience. The gentleman at the front counter (I apologize I forgot your name)was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Leaf blower works amazingly well. Definitely recommend. Thanks.

We visited the store in Sidney on a Saturday morning with our “broken” lawnmower. Keith was so helpful - made us feel like we lived in a great community - thank you so much . Service is what counts and you gave excellent service!

They have helped me get the repairs done to my chainsaw and pressure washer when needed and the parts i needed to fix lawnmowers and leafblowers. When I needed to rent tools, they have what I'm looking for and the availability surpasses other places. They have helped me keep my costs down too without overcharging and honest too! Not only for my business but for personal items too. I'd give a 5 star but I save those for really special circumstances, so actually 4.5!

A shout out to Jamie. I went in with a part requirement quandary. Not only did he solve the quandary expediently, he sourced out the replacement part and even went the extra mile and had it installed for me. Until today I thought first class customer service was a thing of the past, I stand corrected.Definitely going there as I need to rent equipment for a project.

I have been going here for at least twenty five years.If the job i am doing /product purchased doesnt require a lot of money spent or I just want some help, i get the brush off. If I want to spend a bunch of money they are your best friend . I am tired of being ignored because i am not spending a bunch of money.The customer service highly depends on various factors.

Rented a man lift and it was suppose to be delivered at 7:00, did not arrive until 8:15. The man lift stopped working halfway through the project. Customer service advised that they will not charge rental for this day. The next day they send out a mechanic, and fixed the problem. I completed my project by 11:00 AM and called to advise them to pick up.I received my invoice, was billed for two full days @ $320.00 per day plus a $95 delivery and $95.00 pick up charge.Went back to rental yard to ask about credit. Was advised that they had to contact head office for credit.Returned 2 hours later to get paperwork and credit of $320Liked it better when it was Richlock Rentals
