My son wanted to start karate and it was by good fortune that we stumbled upon this amazing dojo. The style is traditional Japanese and they not only teach and train the body but also the mind and spirit. All the students are lovely and supportive and take good care of new students.The sensei, Don Sharp, is excellent with the kids, and is very good at explaining how to stand, block and punch.Three years later, and I can confidently say this is the best dojo in Canada!

Great dojo, Great instructors. I got to know Don Sharp sensei and other instructors in this dojo a few years back and I had the opportunity to train with them for several sessions. As a dojo instructor, I have to say that I was very impressed with their quality of students and the quality of their program. Their level of technical ability is excellent. Keep up the great work, Don Sharp sensei!
