Went for an oil change…….worst customer service……gentlemen at desk rude….rude to other employees. Left and had better customer service from Jiffy Lube. Called to complain and no one returned my call. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I was looking for what turned out to be a bit of a unicorn truck. I called a couple of different dealers to no avail. Then I got a hold of Mike Felton and he was great! Figured out quickly what I was looking for and within a day or two he found the truck I was looking for and gave me a great price. Only thing better than the price I got was the level of service from start to finish. I was located about 9 hours away and he said he was heading part way down to my location on the weekend. He offered to meet me part way and knock a bunch of time off the drive for me. Also when I got there to pick it up he had it washed and full of gas for me. If you are looking for a vehicle and appreciate great service you need to deal with Prouse Chevrolet.

I bought a Toyota from this place a while ago but never got around to writing the review. the entire experience was very unpleasant. I live out of town and it was extremely difficult to keep consistent contact with the salesman I dealt with when i finally found the car i wanted. I was ignored via text and call regularly and treated like more of an inconvenience than a paying customer, after weeks of attempting to set up a date and time only to be ignorred, I took a bus ride down there for the day the car was finally ready" it wasn't until nearly the end of the day that It was finally ready to go. the car was sold to me in an unsafe condition with bare tires and misaligned wheels

In to check out truck for work. Had what we needed with one on the way. Good service.

The service department and parts departments have always been good to me and that's what I'm giving a great review.The sales department on the other hand is terrible, and I will continue to buy outside of town.

I made a service appointment for my vehicle. Jeannette called me to upsell the service I made online. She offered me a discount based on what I was getting. When I arrived at my appointment I was told that she made a mistake. After it said and done they honoured the discount but I was told it won’t happen again. I felt as if it was my fault that the team at Prouse doesn’t communicate.When I went in to get my tires retorque I was told by Crystal that there was no one to do it they were on lunch. Why is it that I am put out now to return to get the retorque done? Why does everyone take lunch at the same time? This is poor customer service and it will make me question why I go there in the first place.

Bought a used vehicle from them and they provided fantastic service! They take care of their customers by going above and beyond! 100% recommend!

Never had customer service so good in my life. Was on a road trip, my car pooched out, was able to nurse it to Prouse Chevrolet. I explained my circumstances, on the road with two young grandchildren and no where to stay if I can't drive. My car was in within a half hour. Unfortunately I needed quite a bit done. They promised me all work would be done and finished by closing. They actually stayed past closing to get me back on the road. The staff was so accommodating with my grandkids, and myself, best service I could have wished for. Thank you to each and everyone one that was part of my great experience. It's nice in today's times to know people still care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Side note, thank you to the young man that actually had his work done, left, came back with food for my grandkids and myself as he felt bad we were stuck there so far away from home.
