I had a great experience. The doctor was nice and listened well. She seemed to understand my problem and had me in the next day for a cortisone shot in my hip. Everyone that I encountered was kind and professional. I would definitely recommend going to the clinic.

Horrible service.... do you need to get a hold of them??? Well forget about it! When you go there you'll wait for God knows how long for them to not help in the first place! I'd highly recommend finding somewhere else!

I've never in my life heard of a medical professional like this. Dr. Alexandra M. Zietak was helping one of my family members who was quite relieved to finally visit for their severe pain. However, the doctor scoffed, essentially saying the pain was fake and for personal gain. Especially for a doctor, this is ridiculous! It makes me so angry that we had to wait for something this serious but receive such a rude person. Still in shock about how horrible it was. Disappointed. Before you study to be a doctor, study on how to be a decent human being first.

Horrific experience. I agree with other reviewers the doctor was “ rude and dismissive “. Dr Singh barely looked at me, did not examine my back which was in severe spasm and had not read the forms which clearly stated allergies to specific medications ( she suggested them). I asked if she wanted a copy of my back MRI; simple answer “ no”. She would barely look at me and throughout the minimal conversation all I could think is this doctor really hates her job. Her examination was so minimal it was absurd ( walking 5 steps and a tap on the knee and elbows). Her suggestion; physio which I told her I am already doing. Clearly I needed help getting in and out of a chair and she had no suggestions for improvement. Dr Singh sent me to another clinic but failed to tell me they would only see me with a referral which she did not provide. Why send me to another dead end street ? I am unclear about her credentials, she is definitely not in the league of the excellent surgeons whose names are on the letterhead and there is no mention of her in the list. I suspected her role is to say“next” and bill OHIP.

Im not sure why I see negative reviews but my experience was good. Didnt wait long at all untill JJ brought me into a room, he took my blood pressure and assured me Dr Singh would be in shortly. She did come in shortly and other than the fact she told me to wear a mask(most employees there that I saw were unmasked) I thought she was great ! Very friendly and personable...good eye contact and she gave me a good exam, I thought anway. She explained things in terms I could understand and other than the fact I have to wait 2 months to get my inejctions I am very happy with the whole experience I had today!

Having the need to meet with a spinal doctor is nerve wracking in itself but both the doctor & JayJay made me feel very respected and relaxed.I appreciated their insights and reassurance.

Reviewing for relative. Garbage receptionist. Impossible to get a call back makes booking/rebooking an appointment an absolute nightmare. Doctor is nice but the inaccessibility makes it not worth your time.

Dr. Gurr, your rejection of my referral for a consultation was beyond disappointing. I had previously consulted a doctor in Miami who recommended a full disc replacement surgery as the only solution to my chronic low back pain. Yet, without even hearing me out or considering further investigation, your office stated that you do not provide second opinions." This was not just a second opinion

I was expecting the worst based on the reviews here but my experience was pretty good. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. Dr. Z. was professional and gave me a thorough examination. She listened to my history and answered all my questions. She explained the results of my cervical MRI (which another doctor had told me was shockingly bad for my age) and reassured me that my situation is not as bad as I was led to believe. She set realistic expectations about possible progression of the degeneration in my spine and offered suggestions for management of the situation. I left feeling much better about my condition than I did when I arrived.
