I drove up to Red Deer for a vet appointment. I was looking for a quick turn around on a wheel balancing. The service ladies were quick to accommodate me, which was impressive to start. They greeted me and my dog with smiles and treats. During the service, they found several issues with the tires and rims and recommended I not drive the vehicle until repairs were made. I thought I was stuck in town for the night. One of the ladies sold me her personal rims while the service manager offered me a pair of used tires so I could safely return home.If I lived in Red Deer, I would only use these guys from here on out. Absolutely above and beyond for service and I highly recommend these folks for service.

Integrity is evident in all facets of this business. Sean went above and beyond to help me. This place has unparalleled customer service and one can clearly see that they truly care about the individual customer and their needs and concerns. Every time I have gone in with a vehicle issue I felt fully heard and very aware that they have my back, which is so refreshing.The staff at Integra Tire are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I trust them 100% with any and all vehicle repair work that needs to be done, and of course for tires and any kind of maintenance.I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else, I’ll be a loyal customer forever!Monique N

Brought my jeep to theses guys an in all honesty they did amazing. Front girls are very friendly an nice. Owner called me to make sure I was happy an booked me in asap when I had a wheel out of balance. Tech took my jeep for a rip to make sure no more problems. IM EXTREMELY HAPPY an will be bringing all my work here

Had a tire issue on the fork lift at my shop. Called Sean to see if he could help. I tell you these guys continue to surprise me with how good their service is. They are the only tire shop in town you should be using. They always go way above and beyond. Best workmanship in town, and a great selection of product. Going anywhere else seems like a waste of time and money.

If you’re looking to be looked after properly, you are going to want to get all your tires need done here. Sean is top notch and the rest of the staff is amazing as well. Pricing is great, but the service is even better. You’d be tough pressed to find better service than Integra tire!

Sean was absolutely amazing. He got our truck in and helped with the repairs and inspection after the theft/recovery of our truck. Amazing communication with regards to what was found and extremely efficient service. We can’t begin to thank you enough for everything you did to help get our truck back to us so quickly!!!
