It feels like home once I got into the business facility. The hospitality is excellent. I'm very thankful for Vonn Chan and crews who look after what I needed for a car. I came down to see the car in person and I loved it. Indeed, I got exactly what I described over the phone.I am very satisfied with my purchase of Nissan Quashqai.I highly recommend to go to Morrey Nissan of Burnaby if you needed a car.

Super happy with our experience buying a new truck with Patrick. Very accommodating in helping me view the actual truck I wanted even though it wasn’t on the lot , but on order. Kept me up to date on delays ( out of his hands) , always returned texts promptly, and spent a lot of time going over all the new bells and whistles in it on purchase day ….. I don’t personally remember even half of them , so impressive! Everyone else we dealt with on pick up was very polite and professional as well . Really happy with our overall experience and living out new Pathfinder :-)

This was my second time getting a new lease at Nissan burnaby and I am truly grateful. I had a chance to work with this gentleman name Vonn, portfolio manager and he was a hero for me.I had some issues that could prevented me from getting a great deal and approval on my new car Nissan kicks but he basically worked his magic and made it work!He truly went out of his way to found ways to accommodate, specifically on finance and some minor car issues and made the process very effortless.Also felt very grateful for financing staff - Candis and Monica really helped me to get approval and offered great discount without me asking.You don't get this type of feeling of experience at a car dealership.. but my heart was full of gratitude and new beginning. Got our new car today! Vonn (portfolio manager) was amazing to work with. We had great communication and he was on top of everything! Candace (finance manager) guided us through the paperwork and explained things thoroughly.

Just got my car last week. Very smooth process, offered me all vehicles even ones that came in that day. I had a lot of good options but was very satisfied with the service I received from the salesman Keith Luong. He gave me his cell number and we did all communications via text message which is my preferred method of contact. Great experience, no bad experiences! Hassle free!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Arman and David. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the 2023 Nissan Rogue.
