Hey1 Phone calls - They do not pick calls.. I work nearby (Because its difficult for me to go there and order) so i call them to order tea but they never pick calls and if they pick they say we do not take phone orders. This is the only restaurant which do not accept phone order2 Food - Worst food ever. I ordered noodles today. Specially informed staff to add more salt and spices but it was not spicy at all. Moreover, I informed them to add more veggies and veggies was totally raw and too bug which was difficult to eat3 Packing - Packaging is very poor. Please try to improve your packagingThanks

We ordered amritsari kulcha , kulcha was not cooked well.. When i ask them to replace , they said we should tell them to cook very well , now we have to order 2nd one and order crispy cook. Food quality was too bad, it was not kulcha though

1. There was hair in the veg thali that i ordered for takeout!!!!!2. The atmosphere was not appealing at all, dull lights and cluttered backgrounds.3. The servers were slow and arguing/mad among themselves, which was quite visible, rather than paying attention to the customers.Ordered a takeout veg thali on 21 Feb, 2023, order no. 1058Sorry, not coming back again and not recommending this restaurant to anyone, specially because of the hair.

Zero star. Order chana bhtura and Amritsari kulcha, Amritsar kulcha was nowhere near Amritsar and don't get me started over chana bhtura. Never going back.

Ordered channa bhatoora for takeout was really bad experience as the bhatoora(bread) was totally cold and soggy ,was so chewy like chewing gum ….seriously wastage of money….

The food is to plain. Lacks flavour and the Gol gappe were a disappointment the filling wasn’t seasoned at all and not baked properly.

NEVER AGAIN! Their servers are super unorganized, never stops by the table, never checks on their guests. We ordered Dal Makhni, Paneer Tikka Masala. Paneer Tikka was full of raw uncooked turmeric. Quite big chunks of capsicum, onions which were difficult to eat with naan. Half way into our dinner, we ordered Shahi Paneer, the girl literally came back in 2 minute with a serving of a cold shahi paneer - probably filled it from the buffet stall. It was all gravy with only 3 pieces of paneer. It tasted like someone just boiled a canned tomato purée. They use dollar store glasses for both water and mango lassis. At 4.99$ you literally get double the quantity at any other place. I will never visit this place again despite being living in the same neighborhood.

It was my first and last very bad experience with their dine-in ,we clean our table by ourselves,the girl who was serving the food was so rude and she doesn’t listen us and we got our food after 30 minutes waiting. Please I’ll recommend to all of you don’t visit them for dine in otherwise you will spoil your meal.
