Don’t waste your money..Was okay the first time around, however the issue persisted and we got no assistance afterwards. Ended up calling someone else to fix the issue.

Messaged Todd to set up a time to come spray. No response. Called him and he said he forgot to get back to me. Said he would come that afternoon after his car was repaired. Waited around all day. Never called, never came. Messaged him to ask if he works Saturday. Said yes and would come at 9am. 9am came and went, and at 11am I messaged asking him to let me know if he wasn't coming. No response all day! I'm done. Don't recommend. Can't comment on his work as he was completely unresponsive with no regard to the fact that I waited around for him so will have to go elsewhere

Paid Todd to handle a mouse issue at a property we owned in St Catharines. He came and treated and told us the issue would be solved in a couple weeks. This issue did not go away and he made every excuse as to why he couldn’t get the job done. We asked him to come and re-treat the areas as there was a “guarantee “. He never did complete the job and then ghosted us, taking our money and not delivering. Who does that? Definitely not a way to conduct business. We hired another company and they got the job done.Worst of all….He’s been contacting us non-stop to give him positive reviews. Don’t trust the positive reviews you see. We used him and when our issue wasn’t solved he just stopped responding- to our calls, texts and emails.Do Not Use Delaney Pest Control. Worst company I have ever used period.
