Sandman Inn Cache Creek

The motel had nice quiet rooms with clean and comfortable beds. It's definitely an older building that is showing its age, but the staff were so friendly and helpful (they even brought treats for our dogs!) A good, cheap place to spend the night.

The room was way more quiet than I thought it would be.

Friendly staff, but the room we got was falling apart.Bathroom was especially outdated.Toilet didn’t flush !! Not even water alone.Luckily there were toilets in the reception.Door was quite shabby and facing the parking lot on ground floor.Beds were fine.

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly.I arrived in the dark and the hotel looked much nicer than in the morning. Not a lot of choices in this small town. This is probably one of the nicer accommodations in town.Not much soundproofing in the building and the guy next door was rather noisy.The bed was comfortable and I made use of the little fridge and the microwave. The shower was ok but there was some sort of malfunction with the shower/tub mechanism I think and when I finished the shower there were puddles of water all over the floor...so I cleaned it up.Also, I had to haul a very heavy suitcase up the stairs because it is a two storey building and there is no elevator. So, if that is important to you, make a reservation for the 1st floor.An ok stay. Nothing great, nothing awful.

The bedding and the bathroom are clean and the restaurant attached to the hotel is surprisingly good. Our room door was opened this morning by housekeeping even with the do not disturb sign on the door. I wasn't happy about that, but I expressed my concern to the lady at the front desk and she was great. She assured me it wouldn't happen again.

Rooms were small, but clean and updated. Staff were friendly, but wouldn't allow an extra hour to check out. Said we had to be out by 11.Sink was clogged, though I didn't complain, as I can't imagine it's possible to clean the sink without realizing this, so they would likely know.Beds were comfy, and I liked the bedding.Not sure if I would stay again, just because late checkout was denied, in spite of so much availability in the hotel.

Service was excellent, but the hardware of the whole place was super old and required a complete renovation. The room was small and so was the bed. Had a good sleep though thanks to the comfy matress. Maybe this was the best place you can find to stay over in town?

Great stay! The rooms were clean and the service was exceptional, with super friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would particularly like to highlight Atish, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. :)
