So far I've had an amazing experience with Russ & Scott! They have the upmost respect and care for their clients and their clients furniture. I called around to many shops and they were the only ones I could put my trust in. Unlike most, I had a unique situation where my dining set was half stripped & sanded and they gave me a slight discount to compensate for the work and money I had already put in. Every other shop I called either wouldn't take on my partly done project or were extremely expensive and not willingly to compensate for the fact I already spent time and money on it. The customer service here along with the work product is just a 10/10 for me. I can't wait to receive my dining set back and have a brand new feel to the room!!! *pictures to come*

Scott and Russ take such good care of our piece. Scott takes as much time as we need to help us decide on the final stains and paint colours. The quality of work is always better than we could imagine! everything looks natural and upgraded!
