Wow, hard to get me to rate anything this poorly. I asked for a discounted trial. It would have been totally ok if they politely said they couldnt accomodate, but the lady was so rude over the phone. Ive been doing yoga for years (mostly on my own lately because of the expense) and my experience dealing with the staff has always been, shall we say, yoga-esque. I was suprised with the bristling agression and hostility I experienced.
