They helped designed an intricate irrigation zone system for my property. They require a drawing and a few days to properly design the system. They also gave good enough instruction for me to self (DIY) install the entire system. The product they sold was resilient as I was constantly adjusting the nozzles and hard on the install. I self trenched the lines for 6 zones about 5000 sqft lol, knew nothing about irrigation, and now have amazing irrigation system. Also saved 1000's doing it myself ;p.

I called at 3 pm asking if they had compression fittings in stock. Home Depot sold me an inferior setup with 30 odd hose clamps and the barbed fittings were not sliding into the 1/2” tubing. Rona, didn’t even answer the phone. Although Alberta Irrigation Supply was closing at 4 pm, Anne was glad to help me until 4:30 pm. So I rushed in from the SE side. And boy am I glad I did! Arne was very patient, helpful and knowable. She advised on what will and will not work, and items I didn’t need. I ended up with a 2 zone system: one drip loop & one sprinkler loop for $120 (not including wifi controller which I’ll get after more research). I was able to get half the system installed the same night. Very easy even for a novice like me. Very pleased with my purchase and the service received. Highly recommend this mom & pop operation!

Absolutely love this place. The lady working the counter is extremely friendly and always ready to offer help. The older gentleman who wanders out once and a while is firm but sure knows his stuff. I don't live close but make the drive just for the service and knowledge. My system was put in via the previous owner and YouTube. This business has helped clean it up considerably.

Just stopped in to replace a sprinkler head. An amazing couple helped me out fitted me with a head that wasn’t even a “rainbird”. However, super nice people! You don’t get customer service like this ANYMORE so refreshing! Totally out of their way for $10 sale!

I was looking to install a drip irrigation system for my raised garden beds. I called in, they told me to bring in a drawing and they could help with a plan. when I went in they were unable to help me at that time telling me if I left a drawing they would get back to me. Two days after I was supposed to hear from them I emailed, they had lost my drawings. I emailed in drawings, got a quote and called asking them to pick the order, they had lost my quote and needed me to email the drawings and quote back to them again for a 3rd time. I went in to pick it up and the order was not ready and was not an automatic system like we had discussed. An hour later they were still serving other customers. When I asked for assistance they were curt and dismissive. I walked out. The worst customer service of all time.
