I placed and order on Feb. 15th. Didn't hear back till 23rd. When I sent a message asking for an update, they said sorry

ordered some boxes to be used for favours at my engagement party on August 31. I picked up the order on September 6 and immediately upon opening the first box realized I made an error and ordered the wrong size box. I called the store right away and let them know that I wanted to return the unopened boxes. I worked on Sept 7 so let them know that I'd like to drop off the return ASAP so there would be no issues and would bring it back the next day. On September 8 a very close family member passed away around 8am. Despite the situation at hand, I drove all the way from Brampton to Pickering to return the 2 cases of unopened boxes putting aside my own family to have it dealt with right away. I was told it would take 6-10 business days for my refund to come through. 4 weeks later, I called and was told the return was now put through. Today is October 10, it took a whole month for my return to be processed. I went out of my way to have my return done on my end on one of the hardest days of my life. The staff I spoke to were very sweet however the process could use better communication and be done in a much more time appropriate manner. One month is way too long for a simple return.

I was looking to get some bags customized at a local shop, so I was interested in this one. I called them for the past two weeks, and they always claim someone will return my call to offer me a quote. No one has called me back, or even tried to offer service. Going to go with a different business.

Ordered cabinets for my store, emailed Wednesday after several days of the order being unfulfilled and was told it was Shipping that week (I’m in Alberta so 1-5 days for shipping). Still nothing Friday so I called and was told it shipped Monday and should be there right away. Then on Monday I finally get a tracking number saying it’s set to ship tomorrow (tuesday). Now it’s in a warehouse someplace but hasn’t been picked up. I am hoping they show up.I understand things are busy and crazy now, but dishonesty in business and lying straight to customers just to keep them happy on the phone is terrible practice. Good prices but unfortunately I will have to find a more reliable place to get the rest of our furniture moving forward.
