This would normally be a 0 star. Service was terrible, the vet would not even answer my questions he just seemed annoyed to be there and was exceptionally rude. I also have to get my puppy vaccinated all over (somewhere else) because it wasnt done properly there. If you care about your pet, dont go there.

Worst experience ever, terrible bed side manner.My dog was starting to be lethargic so we brought him in for a checkup, automatically it was arthritis, to which the Dr gave him shots intended for horse. They seemed to work at first, but even going back month over month they didn’t do much. Also, he noted the small bumps we felt as fatty deposits not to be worried about.A day came that he stopped eating, and after trying for two days to give even just treats to no avail we presented ourselves in a state of panic at the clinic. Upon walking in the Dr was in the lobby discussing with his secretary, we quickly tried to explain the current situation and we’re snapped at with “I don’t see walk ins, I’m going to surgery, too bad”. The secretary suggested we go to the Laval emergency.Within 2 days, we discovered he had a mass, needed to have it operated at significant cost, then that part ruptured and he was turning septic. Finally we had to take a devastating decision to not prolong his pain as there was less then a 10% chance of survival.All of this to say, it was completely avoidable if more time and attention had been paid at first, instead of making blind diagnosis.

I had my cat vaccinated twice at this place, my cat dossier is at this clinic. I took an appointment for a procedure a 1 month ago, when i called back to confirm the appointment they didnt find my dossier and the appointment I previously took for the procedure. They called me 5 times just to ask me again the same questions, my name, phone number and the name of my cat. I had to repeat myselft so many times and she was telling me i called the wrong clinic…when i confirm with her the adress bc i had the receipt in front of me. Then They offered me to book a new appointment in 5 months…

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wanted an advice on something. Walked in the father is there the veterinarian is in the back. Asked to speak to the vet. Didn’t let me speak yelled at me told me we don’t do emergencies we don’t want emergencies go find someone else on google. It was 3:30 he said we are closed but let other customers inside. Place closes at later as per their signage. They do take emergencies as per their signage . The father is not a veterinarian so I asked again to speak to the vet, someone qualified, hence the veterinarian. He raised his voice he got up go 1 inch in my face and yelled WE ARE TIRED WE DONT WANT YOUR EMERGENCIES and they threw me out. It makes no sense to treat another being that way whether animal or simply a customer. He also spoke to me like I was a 5 year old the entire time. I’m a grown adult woman. I’m baffled by this treatment it makes no sense whatsoever.

That's the worst veterinary service I've had during my second consecutive year. The specialist always comes late, is not patient with our dog (doesn't do usual checkups) and doesn't take responsibility of his tasks (he throws things on his father because we stress him as clients just fron the fact we ask normal questions). Last time with you guys, too bad it was a close service to our home.

I totally recommend this place !!! love the service!! I feel do safe with this vet! He knows so much ! All my family cats are with this vet !!

Not a fancy clinic but probably the only clinic that won't take advantage of u! Trustworthy! My dog had 4 teeth pulled and her remaining teeth cleaned + fat mass removed . She was back to normal the next day ! Highly recommend !

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have no idea how this clinic is still running with such ridiculous service. The vet only knows how to do certain things and will most likely tell you to go elsewhere. Not to mention how he barely examines your pet with no care at all.Avoid at all cost!!!!!

This is based off my recent phone call with them. I was trying to see about opening a file with them and the person on the phone was incredibly impatient and rude. After asking a couple questions, he then put me on hold made me wait almost 20 min. I finally got them back on the phone and when I finally got the price quote and asked for the breakdown of costs he refused to tell me and responded to me in an incredibly rude manner. (To anyone wondering, no I was not being rude nor impatient towards them. I only at the end said that he did not need to respond to me in that manner and that I was simply asking a question he got aggressive in response). I'm honestly shocked that that's how they speak to people, especially ones who could be potential customers.

Never have I ever seen and heard such bad customer service stuck up attitude like they’re the best and they don’t need us , will never recommend them, they actuality hanged up the phone on us . Wow
