Dropped off a package that was accepted after I asked if it needed anything else and was told everything was set. Well, the package was returned to me because it DID need something else (an invoice that UPS knows about). I returned to this UPS location and asked about it. Owner stated he gets bad reviews if he doesn't accept a package. He is more concerned about bad reviews than properly sending packages. Had he told me I was missing something for my shipment and it would not go through, I would have fixed the mistake and returned. I've now had to pay for shipping twice because UPS lied to get a good review. THIS UPS STORE IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT REVIEWS THAN PROPERLY SENDING PACKAGES.

This store is amazing- they are incredibly helpful- when they first opened I used to use them often but have not in years. Then I had a package delivered this week where the courier did not leave a ticket, finding the tracking # was impossible- I called many places to help, and where I ordered it from as well as my access point by me but no luck.It was a package delivered via internationally and then with ups once in Canada.I called them -explained my situation and with many questions he was able to locate my package truly amazing!!! 5 gold stars.Even UPS calling direct would not help me. Personally he did and the package is not even in his store.This is my goto for UPS trust me you won’t be disappointedThanks you so much for the help

I dropped off my package here for a return in May and I have not gotten an update ever since (it is now end of June): in other words my package has mysteriously vanished. Went there again to discuss the problem with the manager and they claim that the package was not in their system, even though he claimed that any package that comes in is registered in their database, but not mine. My advice, if you need to return something with UPS go to another location where they scan packages immediately and the staff are competent. However if you can only go to this shop, ask that they scan the package in front of you. If I could give negative stars I would!

Showed staff an email that said bring this email and your ID to pick up your package". Staff said that email didn't have enough information for me to pick up my package. Older staff said they can't help me and I asked what I was supposed to do then and he told me he didnt want to argue with me and he couldnt help. Younger staff looked for my package by name (which was nice of him). Then after like 5 minutes the Older staff was like "oh X company usually sends another email with the tracking number. That will work as the pick up number. I've had to tell other customers to look for that email" I have no idea why he didn't tell me that in the first place!! Younger staff was then easily able to find my package. I told the Older staff that I didn't receive a door tag

Very helpful UPS office that has helped me quickly many times. They are helpful both with shipping, as well as helping with printing needs when my personal printer had broken down. I will definitely use them again.

Great location, kind of hidden. I posted some videos to help make it easier to find.The staff are friendly and quick. If you need to return parcels with pre paid labels, you can just drop off, no need to wait in line. There were only a couple of people ahead of me, so not a long wait. I would recommend this place.

They must consider close the store.The guys are give me no information, no receipt, no take care of my stuff.I used to UPS other branch, but there are no issue no delay.Finally, they are so slowly processing.Please consider close the business.

Great location, very helpful exceptionally kind staff, have been so helpful to my Mom for many things, great service and have also gone above and beyond in showing her how to use the photocopier for her specific projects and have made it very accessible experience for her. She loves going there because of the amazing service and the very friendly staff that she feels really go out of their way to help with anything she needs. Thank you! :)

I am a building manager who looks after several residential complexes. We use this particular UPS store location for our business. We have notices to print daily for our business and as well we have ordered various types of signs to put up in our residential buildings. Lakhpreet and Harinder and their staff have always been there for us. Going above and beyond. Accommodating our demands very often on short notice and never disappointing us with their service!I have recommended this location to several people in the past and will continue to do so! <3
