I wish I could give zero star to this unprofessional office. I am not really sure if the doctor is aware of the ignorant front desk. I don’t know which girl I spoke to but the behaviour of the person was so rude and she was not willing to even register me for the services. She had no sense how to talk to people. Zero humanity and heights of illiteracy.

Never available and office staff very unprofessional no respect for patients. When ever i called her she always booked like what should person do in emergency if you as family physician can not help me

Don't waste your time.Worst doctor.Always in rush.Never listen or explain properly.Just more tests, just more appointments.She appoints same rude staff like her.Dr. Sohail Sunner is only after money.

Horrendously bad doctor. Always late for appointments, will constantly rush you once you get in, oh that's only if she doesn't cancel on you an hour before. Not to mention, she tries to force you to come in all the time, even if its for a simple prescription re-fill, I guess she gets paid more if she can get you to come in. Absolutely, useless and unprofessional, do not waste your time.

This villager is only after dollars.she needs to stop asking people to make multiple appointments when it is not necessary. This is a robbery from taxpayers.

Feeling helpless.The staff is very unprofessional, they don’t know how to speak to the patient. If you sick and would like to reschedule an appointment the clinic charge $30 for the same day cancellation and reschedule for next day or week So, forcefully we have to see the doctor on same day. Very unethical.

Horrible doctor I have ever seen, totally unprofessional, disrespectful to people , uneducated staff, no manners how to talk, always mixed up files with same names patients, don't know who give her license .

Pathetic service, no point of booking appointments when you still need to wait hour to see doctor and it will one minute she will spend with you. Call to make appointment and you are put on hold without listening. Never on time.

So I've been with Dr. Sohail Sunner from 2 years or more now. And I am done with her today.There was lots happen in past, but inspite of being patient in remained calm everytime and tried to adjust (have always respect for medical professionals). Once I was late for Video appointment for 5 minutes, she saw me after 45 minutes, and moreover talked extremely rudly that she has lots of other things to do, throughout in my appointment. She never listen the problem properly, always in rush. And when she comes to see you from 15 to 45 minutes late for your appointment she never is sorry or be polite a bit. She never understood the problem and when you ask one more time what she said, you need to face a severe worst behavior and attitude.I become more sick everytime I visited her. She never solved any of my problems. She send you for unnecessary tests, and when results come, and staff ask you to book appointment, she aks why are you here how can I help, really this is how family foctors work ??!!!When you try to speak or explain your issue, she cuts and speaks over everytime, and make you feel, she knows all and you are the one who doesn't know a thing. Please learn to talk and listen first. It takes a lot to be a Doctor.She gives you stress, she is disrespectful to patients and only concerned about book another appointment so she could get more dollars from government. Unfortunately this noble profession is being taken for business only!I wasted alot of time with her.She never deserves to be a Doctor.Very unprofessional Doctors I've ever seen.Very unprofessional desk staff.I will definitely report her to higher medical authorities and submit all evidence that I help to help people not to become her victim anymore.P.s 99% of positive reviews are fake.

This doctor cancels the appointment by calling the patients 30 mins before the appointment time.**THIS IS THE 3rd TIME IN ONE MONTH DOCTOR CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT**Me and my wife took half day off from work especially for the appointment.If we cancel the appointment then they charge us a fee, if doctor cancels the appointment then it’s fine.They should pay us now for the lost wages and wasting our time back to back.
