T E Parolin & Son Motor Car

We purchased our first vehicle from Parolin a little over a year ago and could not be happier. The staff are very friendly and always polite. The service staff are also exceptional. I would highly recommend them. Great place to deal with.

Parolin's used car dealership is absolutely not there for the customer service. Jake and Terry will screw anyone out of money at any chance they have, even with a written contract. I would definitely steer clear of this dealership.

This is Gary this is our third car from Parolin in last two years. Jake,Nancy and Terry were great to deal with. Even though we live in Sudbury when ever there is a issue Jake is very prompt and very courteous in getting the vehicle fixed and returned asap. I would really recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and see Jake. Now a days it's very hard to find good service but Jake go's over and above every time to take care of you.

In aug of this year I had my vehicle maintained here to resolve a steering issue .the diagnosis was to replace the steering rack on my Mercedez.They immediately without hesitation had the parts the next day .I was extremely pleased with the extra efforts from Terry Parolin and Jake the service manager with their sincere approach as well as their effective commununication skills!It was a smooth and straight forward process very efficient .Nancy is excellent to deal with and I was treated extremely well ..above and beyond my expectations.Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish.I'm a repeat customer and recommend to check them out.written by : Muriel Michael

Great customer service and essentially the only choice for getting your BMW (or other luxury brand) serviced in the North Bay area.They were able to fix my car and do my a solid by getting it back to me before my wedding date despite an overly complicated issue.

The only place I trust with my BMW. Bought my Imola red 2003 325i at Parolin in 2014 and is still running strong at 266k! They have done an amazing job with all the maintenance and servicing since day one, and I live an hour and a half north! This is coming from a car enthusiast that's no stranger to diagnosing issues and repairs. I Highly recommended them, and will be buying my next car here as well - J.S.

To put it simply it’s just not a place to get a car serviced or even purchase one there. Trust me you’ll regret it if you do. Oh, and also don’t go by the five star reviews, their friends or his. he takes down all the negative but true reviews

On Sunday Sept. 16/2018 I was coming back from camp (driving to S.Ont) and my 2008 B200 Turbo Mercedes broke down on highway 11 just outside of N.Bay. Being a Sunday night and nothing opened I had to get a room for the night and waited for the morning to contact a garage that was able to help me. So I went to TE Parolin &sons first thing Monday morning and was amazed by the exceptional service I received. They lent me a car so I could go back to my hotel room to check out. Unfortunately they were unable to get the part for my car (drive belt) and had to have it shipped from Toronto.So first thing Tuesday morning my car was repaired and ready for me to drive back home. They also had taken the time to wash it top to bottom. Even my wife noticed how clean it was when I got home. :) Thank you again for your excellent service. I would recommend this place anytime.

I happened to go into this used auto sales today thinking I could get help with finding a BMW X5 35D AWD. I walked in I said good afternoon and the guy that seemed to ignore me and pretend he didn’t see me apparently he is the owner finally acknowledged my presence, I asked him about the the BMW in his lot he got a print out of the car handed it to me and walked away??! Like who does that! I looked at the receptionist and said why did he walk away, she made some excuse for his very bad behaviour then she told me that the BMW was traded for a Tesla well an interesting note I was Elon Musk’s property manager in Yorkville. Yet this man didn’t have the decency to help me or give me information that I thought he could help with. Well I know people in Toronto and none of them would treat me so disrespectfully. I don”t recommend this business at all, the receptionist was kind and considerate. It’s not worth the drive to Parolin Auto in North Bay.
