Ernesto is a great communicator. He came out and was very meticulous with the estimate. Gave us a reasonable price and was a true professional. His team is without a doubt hardworking, dedicated and efficient. They were supposed to be on site at 8am, work began at 7am. Team was approachable. They communicated throughout and made sure everything was being done exactly how we wanted it. Our neighbors were even amazed how organized they were and how quickly the work was done. Fantastic family-owned company with very professional, detailed work and great customer service. For the initial estimate, Ernesto Jr. took his time, walked the property, and listened carefully to what we wanted. We had an uncommon fence design we needed due to zoning requirements and a need to keep our dogs contained (without use of a full privacy fence), but they worked with us and returned with a very fair estimate. WIth regard to the actual work, the crew was on time, had great attention to detail, and they were clearly experienced and skilled. We absolutely LOVE our fence and would recommend Royal Fence without reservation. FANTASTIC experience.

From start to finish Royal Fence was just a pleasure to work with. I had six estimates and Royal basically blew them all away. When Ernesto came out to give us an estimate he said they bid each job individually meaning most of these fence companies have a set price per foot and do not take into account the on how easy or difficult the job will be, but royal does. Just an outstanding experience, more than a fair price. When they were done I felt like I wanted to pay more for the job they did. :)

Everything about Royal Fence was excellent. From the first call with Ernesto setting up to measure. He was on time, did the quote on the spot, pricing was in line with other quotes we got. They communicated everything every step of the way. When the scheduled for the install, the crew was there on time, had everything they needed for the job, friendly and very accommodating helping make sure we didn't disturb our neighbors yards. The crew installed 200+ feet of cedar fence in one day. Fransisco and his crew were polite, cleaned up all of the debris and left our yard in great shape.
